Suzannah Butcher is a trained actor and performer working across theatre, comedy, voice and live storytelling. She holds a First-Class BA in Drama & Film from the University of Manchester and has trained in improv, sketch and character comedy at The Groundlings School and The Clown School (Los Angeles), and The Free Association (London).

Her performance work spans solo theatre, large-scale live productions and voice acting, with recent credits including her award-nominated solo show More Joy: A Mumoir, a featured performance role in Global Inheritance’s Energy Battle Royale in California, and commercial voice work including a radio advert for Transport for London.

Award-nominated solo storytelling and character comedy developed in Los Angeles and presented at Hollywood Fringe 2025.

Suzannah’s acting work began at a young age and has continued alongside her writing and performance career. Theatre credits include being cast as Marta in The Sound of Music in London’s West End, and performances in large-scale productions including The Passion at St Paul’s Cathedral. Screen casting includes being selected to play the young Julia Roberts in the feature film Mary Reilly.

More recently, Suzannah was cast as a featured performer in Energy Battle Royale, a live comedy rap battle created by environmental non-profit Global Inheritance and presented at the Future Green Leaders Summit in California — an acting role secured following her solo show More Joy: A Mumoir.

Alongside stage work, Suzannah is an experienced voice actor with a natural, characterful delivery suited to commercial, narrative and comedic material. Voice credits include a radio advert for Transport for London, with current voice reels available below.
